We offer tailored meditation sessions, designed to address specific daily challenges faced by individuals or their loved ones. Whether it’s a child struggling with focus in the classroom, an athlete feeling performance pressure, a student balancing social life and studies, or professionals grappling with important decisions, our specialized sessions provide targeted support.

For newcomers, our convenient “drop-in” sessions offer a taste of the benefits, while committed individuals can opt for the “Class Packs of 4” or “Class Packs of 8” for a sustained journey toward enhanced wellness, a tranquil mind, and overall well-being. Those that do opt for the Class packs get the freedom to participate in ANY of the meditation sessions held throughout the week. So when you schedule and purchase, it will be registered as your “start” date.

CLASS PACKS and DROP-IN SESSIONS 

  • Purchases are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged
  • 4-class packs expire 30 days from purchase
  • 8-class packs expire 60 days from purchase
  • Select a date from the calendar to schedule a Drop-In session
  • Unused classes are forfeited
