Carol Schoeller is owner & practitioner for Revive & Thrive Wellness Center, LLC. located at the historic Booth House (1 Booth House Lane – Unit 1B) in New Milford, CT. She has been involved in the region’s self-care community for over 30 years, as well as being an advanced meditation practitioner over that same period of time. She practices Kritan “call-and-response” sacred chant meditation and also practices Mahasati Meditation (insight meditation to great awareness).
To enrich her own personal practice, Carol completed a certified 12-week course in Mindfulness Meditation in 2017. Seeking to further use her meditation practice to help others, she researched accredited programs that could help meditation practitioners explore their own minds, and connect to their intuition and “gut feelings” deep within. This led her to The Guided Meditation Framework Program. Here is where Carol connected with an established process that has been utilized in over 40,000 hours of 1-on-1 sessions & over 500 group events.
Carol has demonstrated comprehension of the following subjects. The psychology of meditation, meditation structure, delivery of meditation, 1-on-1 and group facilitation, journey meditations, guided imagery & visualization, momentary meditation, audio creation & virtual facilitation. Her extended training has enabled Carol to facilitate a memorable internal meditation experience that is unique to each session. This is an outcome-oriented style of guided meditation, providing clients with a transcendent value they likely won’t find anywhere else.
Carol offers single-day “Drop-In Sessions” for her Guided Meditation sessions. They are ideal for meditation newcomers or those hesitant to unwind. Carol is also a certified Reiki Master and provides Reiki Energy Healing Treatments from her wellness center in New Milford. Carol is a certified Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master and is a member of The International Association of Reiki Professionals.
