Guided Meditation (8) class pack. You have the freedom to to participate in any of our scheduled Guided Meditation sessions. When you purchase an 8-class pack, the only requirement is to use all 8 sessions over a 60-day period.

  • Monday 6:30-7:30 pm | Tuesday’s 10 -11 am
  • Sessions must be used over a 2-month period
  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the session to get set up
  • Sessions canceled due to inclement weather can be rescheduled
  • You may attend ANY meditation session on our weekly calendar, without the need to schedule a specific day!
  • Simply Add To Cart – and show up. I’ll provide a Punch Card for each time you return

Register For Immersive Guided Meditation 8 Class Pack sessions Held at Revive & Thrive Wellness Center in New Milford CT.

Immersive Guided Meditation 8 Class pack sessions are offered multiple times a week. Purchase this version as a convenient Class Pack of (8) sessions for $135.00. You have the freedom to participate in any scheduled Meditation sessions on our calendar. You must use all 8 sessions over a 2-month time period, and you may participate in any class with available openings. 

Guided meditation sessions last for 1 hour. Monday evening session begin at 6:30 pm. Tuesday morning sessions begin at 10 am. We do ask all participants to arrive a few minutes early. Shoe bins are provided in our foyer for placing your outer footwear. Feel free to bring a pair of gripper slippers or sock shoes for the meditation space!  You are welcome to meditate while seated, or lying down. We will have yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, and several meditation chairs available to use. You are also welcome to bring anything extra that will help you be comfortable during the meditation (your own favorite yoga mat, a blanket, pillows etc.)   

Requirements For Class: A water bottle and your favorite comfy clothes. No outer footwear is permitted in the meditation room. If you have a favorite meditation chair, yoga mat, blanket, or pillow you may bring it. 

No Refunds. missed guided meditation sessions are non-refundable if you don’t use them within 60 days from purchase date.
