The “Yoga Of Dance” Shake Your Soul, is hosted by certified class instructor Jennifer Estrada at the Revive & Thrive Wellness Center in New Milford, Ct. Jennifer has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the holistic health and fitness industry. Shake Your Soul fitness classes have become a staple at our wellness center, and it is recommended to try and book your classes in advance so you don’t miss out.

If you’re not a fan of going to the gym or tired of doing the same old thing, kick off your shoes and shake up your routine with The Yoga Of Dance – Shake Your Soul. In this 75-minute class, Jennifer Estrada expertly guides you on a journey of self-discovery and spiritual awakening through rhythmic dance and mindful movement.

Shake Your Soul is a movement practice designed to help you connect to music, your body, and those around you. Created by Dan Leven of the Leven Institute for Expressive Movement, Shake Your Soul is an integrative holistic approach to mind-body healing and wellness. Set to the beat of world music, each class blends various forms of dance and movement therapy with your own movements to foster self-exploration and deepened connections.

Often referred to as “the yoga of dance,” each Shake Your Soul class offers a unique combination of gentle stretching, yoga, Qigong, and dance. The results are aimed at boosting creativity, to experience joy, and feel uninhibited and alive. It is a fun & dynamic dance experience for all ages, fitness levels, and body types. Shake Your Soul helps cultivate self-acceptance, and body positivity. This class will relax your nervous system and renew your spirit!
