Booking Process:
a. Our online booking system allows you to conveniently schedule appointments for our in-person sessions.
b. Ensure the accuracy of your information when booking to facilitate a smooth and efficient process.
In-Person Sessions:
a. All sessions take place at our physical location in New Milford, CT, at the historic Booth House.
b. Please arrive promptly for your scheduled session to make the most of your time with our wellness professionals.
Cancellation Policy:
a. Cancellations must be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled session.
b. If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled session, a 50% deposit will be forfeited.
Re-Booking:
a. In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours, clients may re-book their session.
b. Failure to re-book within the specified timeframe will result in the loss of your session.
Refunds:
a. Sessions are non-refundable but can be applied to future sessions in case of rescheduling within 48 hours.
Late Arrivals:
a. Please note that there are no late arrivals allowed for any classes. For other sessions, if you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Sessions will end at the scheduled time, and the full fee will be charged.
Session Conduct:
a. Respectful and appropriate behavior is expected during all sessions. Any inappropriate conduct may result in termination of the session without a refund.
